Service Agreement
By using our automotive services, you agree to these terms. Auto Heaven Car Service provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services in Stockholm, Sweden.
Service Estimates and Authorization
- All repair estimates are provided free of charge
- No work will be performed without your written authorization
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Additional repairs discovered during service require separate authorization
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- Prices include applicable Swedish VAT (moms)
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
Warranties
We provide warranties on our workmanship and parts as follows:
- Labor: 12 months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
- Parts: As specified by manufacturer (typically 12-36 months)
- Warranty does not cover normal wear items or damage from misuse
Vehicle Storage
- Vehicles left over 30 days may incur storage fees
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of according to Swedish law
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, or alternative transportation costs.
Emergency Services
Emergency roadside assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary based on weather, traffic, and location.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved under Swedish law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
